Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars. IX Lions Athletics reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Order Acceptance: Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

Payment: All payments are processed securely through Shopify. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

All content on ixlions.com including but not limited to logos, images, text, graphics, and the IX Lions Athletics brand name and trademark are the exclusive property of IX Lions Athletics LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content without prior written permission from IX Lions Athletics LLC.

Limitation of Liability

IX Lions Athletics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our products or website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ixlions.com shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

 

 

 

How to Opt Out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@ixlions.com.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on promotions and new drops. You may receive up to 8 messages per month.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Privacy: Your information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This program is also governed by our Terms of Service, available at shop.ixlions.com/policies/terms-of-service. We do not sell your phone number or texting data to third parties. We may share limited information with service providers (such as advertising and analytics platforms) to operate our marketing programs, as described in our Privacy Policy. 

Abandoned Cart Messages

We may also send automated text messages related to items left in your shopping cart, to remind you to complete your purchase. These messages follow the same opt-out instructions as our other text marketing.
