How do I know what glove size to get?

Check our size chart on the product page. It's based on palm-to-finger measurement.

Are these good for travel ball / Little League / adult rec league?

Our sizing currently runs XS (fits around age 8+) through Adult XL, so they're a great fit for older Little League divisions, travel ball, and adult rec league. Smaller sizes for younger players are in the works. Join The Den to be first to know when they drop.

What are the gloves made of?

Both Genesis 1 and Freedom 1 are Premium Cabretta Leather. Genesis 1 has a short cuff with our signature Honeycomb Grip and Sting Shield hypothenar padding. Freedom 1 has a long cuff in our red, white, and blue colorway.

What makes IX Lions gloves different?

Genesis 1 features our signature Honeycomb Grip and Sting Shield hypothenar padding, a combo you won't find anywhere else. Freedom 1 brings that same Cabretta leather quality in a long-cuff, red-white-and-blue design.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, then shipped with standard delivery of 5-7 business days. Total time is usually within 10 business days from order date.

How much is shipping?

Flat rate based on your order total: $4.95 for orders up to $24.99, $9.99 for orders $25-$99.99, and free on orders $100 and up.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, US only for now. Join The Den to be first to know if that changes.

Returns & Orders

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to reach out if you're not satisfied. Items need to be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Refunds process in 5-10 business days once approved. Final sale and worn/used items aren't eligible.
